Our Mission
We believe that the overflow of one's ministry begins with the formation of who he or she is becoming in Christ. Our ministry provides personal coaching to help the individual develop their own structure of Spiritual Formation in the way of Jesus during the ever-changing seasons of life and ministry.
Personal Coaching
We provide transitional, one to one, coaching for pastors and ministry leaders. Coaching can be tailored from the first time pastor or ministry leader to those with ministry experience looking to refine and deepen their wholistic relationship with the Lord. The purpose of coaching is to help equip the individual with the tools needed to find his or her rhythm of loving God no matter the season of life. A 645coach is not a “ministry coach”, rather a third-party advocate to solely engage the spiritual formation of the pastor or ministry leader.
